Check Your Results

With IELTS on Computer, candidates now have access to an electronic version of their Test Report Form (e-TRF) in PDF format. This document is official and is just as valid as a printed hard copy for immigration, academic, and other official purposes.

Below are the steps to download your e-TRF from the IELTS IDP portal.

Please note that we are not authorized to share IELTS results by email or phone. You must download your results directly from your account by following the steps below.

To download your IELTS results:

1. Visit https://book.ielts.idp.com/
2. Log in using the IDP account (email address) used for your booking
3. Go to “My Tests”
4. Click “Download My Results”

Please note that hard copies are no longer issued automatically. If you would like a printed copy of your TRF, you may visit our centre with your original passport and we can issue one for you.

Alternatively, if you would like a hard copy of your TRF mailed to your home, please contact us via email at ielts@heartlandenglish.com for instructions. Delivery may take up to 10 business days.
